Fan, gaming and live community experiences
01 · About
I create festivals, from the first idea to the final show.
Polina Sheremeteva is the founder and lead producer of Fan Station, an original tabletop and pop-culture festival.
Working in events since 2017, she brings concept development, creative direction and live production together. She originated Fan Station, shaped its theme and program, selected its venue and strategic partners, and assembled the team to bring it to life.
Fan Station has completed two editions: 18–19 April and 10–11 October 2026. The October festival welcomed 2,600 visitors and 54 partners across 3,300 m², with 12 publishers, 76 market authors, 26 themed stands and 49 media and special guests.

Concept & ownership
From an original idea to two live festivals.
Polina founded Fan Station and led the festival concept, venue selection, event plan and key production decisions. October brought a dedicated stage program, fan-community stands, publishers and a creator market.
People & partnerships
A clear direction, delivered through a team.
She directed 7 organisers, 12 curators and 120 volunteers, alongside specialist contractors. She personally brought in Yan Toples and led the wider partner and guest strategy, with managers handling many of the direct negotiations.
Production under pressure
Decisions that kept the show moving.
A stand-build contractor was replaced one day before the October festival. As artist riders changed, Polina revised technical briefs and coordinated new working arrangements across camera, sound and lighting teams.
